I am a fully qualified physiotherapist and a chiropractor, so you get the best of both. Any pain, any injury sorted fast.

Most people are seen within a week. Call and we're with a patient? Leave a message — you'll hear back the same day.
60 minutes, and here's exactly what's in it:
A full history — what hurts, when it started, what makes it worse, and what you want to get back to doing.
A physical and movement assessment to find where the problem is actually coming from. It's often not where it hurts.
Hands-on treatment the same day — chiropractic, physiotherapy, or both, depending on what you need. Not your third appointment. This one.
A clear explanation you could repeat to someone else, and two or three specific things to do before your next visit.
All of it for £50.
We talk first. Then we examine how you move. Then we tell you what we think is going on, in plain English — and whether we can help. If we don't think we're the right people for your problem, we'll say so and point you somewhere better. Then treatment, usually the same day.
One thing worth knowing: about one in five people feel a little sore or tired for a day after a first treatment. It settles. We'd rather you heard that from us now than were surprised by it on Tuesday.
▶ 90 seconds: how the clinic works
Most clinics give you one tool. A chiropractor adjusts the joint. A physio works the muscle and movement. Both help — but on their own, each is half the picture.
Here you get both, and they talk to each other about you. Nobody bounces you between rooms, and you never have to work out on your own whether you need "a chiro" or "a physio". The joint gets treated, the cause gets rehabbed, and the two halves finally sit in the same plan.
You won't be sold into unnecessary treatment plans. We'll diagnose the issue and come up with a plan based on your goals, what you want, and what's important to you, not what's important to us.
After your assessment, you'll get an honest plan about how many appointments you might need and roughly how long it will take. You'll also find out exactly what's causing the issue and what needs to be done.
We have packages of care available to reduce the cost if you need multiple treatments. They also let you pre-book time slots every week to help you plan your life around having treatment. If needed, we can also refer you for imaging or refer you to a GP.
Either way, you decide what's important to you, and we'll make it happen.
Every patient gets direct WhatsApp access to their own therapist. If something flares up, an exercise doesn't feel right, or you're just not sure about something — you don't have to wait for your next appointment or sit on it. You message the person who's treating you, and you get an answer.
You're never left on your own with your questions.

Special interest in women's health.
You can book with either of us — and if your case needs the other pair of hands, we bring them in.
Full assessment and hands-on treatment, 60 minutes, £50. Appointments this week. Book online, or call and talk to us first.
No. You can book straight in with us. Most of our patients come to us themselves, without going through their GP first.
You don't have to decide. We have both, and we work out together what your problem needs. Sometimes that's hands-on treatment of the joint, sometimes it's rehab for the muscle and movement, often it's both.
The first visit is £50. That covers the full assessment and hands-on treatment in the same 60-minute appointment.
No. Nothing is sold to you on the first visit. You'll get an honest estimate of how many appointments you're likely to need. If that runs to several sessions, we do offer packages of care — they lower the cost per session and let you book your times in advance — but taking one is entirely your choice.
Treatment itself shouldn't be painful. About one in five people feel a little sore or tired for a day afterwards, and it settles. We'll tell you what to expect before we start.
